Non, la Milice n'etait pas du tout une formation de l'Armee Francaise. C'etait a l'origine une formation politique du regime de Vichy puis est devenue une police suppletive. La seule armee dans laquelle des miliciens ont combattu, c'est l'armee allemande quand environ 2000 d'entre eux ont ete integres a la Waffen-SS fin 1944. A titre individuel, mais pas en tant que miliciens, pas mal d'entre eux ont combattu dans l'Armee Francaise en 1939-40, dont Darnand.
