Il s'agit d'un "Dogtag" (plaque d'identification) ayant appartenu au soldat (Pvt)
Santiago RULLAN, matricule n° 32295130 né en 1910 de nationalité portoricaine, enrôlé dans l'US Army le 1er avril 1942 à Fort Jay, Governors Island - New York
Enrôlé pour la durée de la guerre+6 mois.
Il habitait dans le comté de Kings dans l'état de New York.
Il était célibataire sans descendants

Le O qui apparaît à droite de la plaque est je pense son groupe sanguin.
